Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governs your use of the online betting platform a6tar, accessible via our website and mobile app. These Terms apply alongside a6tar's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published from time to time.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms:

• Registering a new account on the a6tar platform
• Log in to your existing a6tar account
• Making any deposit, bet, or transaction through the a6tar platform
• Accessing or browsing any section of the a6tar platform

A6tar reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the a6tar platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the platform a6tar, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use. a6tar maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage betting. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close the account of any member who fails to verify their age.
• Geographic Location: The a6tar platform is intended for users residing in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of a6tar's services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location. a6tar makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of using the platform outside Malaysia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — such as those with a mental incapacity — are not permitted to use this platform.
• Not an a6tar Employee: Employees, contractors, and individuals closely associated with a6tar or our business partners are not permitted to use the platform for real-money betting without prior written authorisation.
• Not on Self-Exclusion List: Individuals who have enrolled in a self-pause or self-exclusion programme are not permitted to access the platform during the active exclusion period.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) a6tar account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different details, or through another individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The required information includes:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card or passport
• An active Malaysian phone number in your possession
• A valid, reachable email address
• Actual date of birth
• Additional information required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access
• Notify a6tar immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur

All financial transactions on the platform a6tar made within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX (Online Banking) — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit other than the one you set yourself via the deposit limit feature in your account settings. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed into your a6tar account.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. a6tar aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification process required. a6tar reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• You must complete the full KYC process before your first withdrawal request can be processed
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain situations approved by the a6tar team.
• All bonuses and promotional funds are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal — please refer to the Bonus & Promotions section for details.
• A6tar reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request that is deemed suspicious or in violation of these Terms.

Platform a6tar offers Sports Betting covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and major international leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour), cricket (IPL, ICC), e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant Champions Tour), as well as Live Casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack.

Basic Betting Rules:

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the a6tar system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except in cases specifically outlined in the relevant game rules.
• The minimum bet is RM1.00 per slip. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and account tier
• A6tar reserves the right to limit bet sizes, decline bets, or close markets at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption while a bet is being processed, a6tar reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account.
• Postponed, cancelled, or incomplete matches under the applicable betting rules will be considered void and the stake will be refunded in full

Bet Results: All bet outcomes on a6tar are based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. Results are determined at the end of normal time (90 minutes for football, unless stated otherwise). Extra time, penalties, and injury time are not included unless the specific market states otherwise.

All bonuses and promotions offered by a6tar, including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions during major tournaments, are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Rollover: All bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover condition is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 5x rollover on an RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM500 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed using bonus funds must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above to count towards the rollover requirement
• Time Frame: Each bonus has a validity period as stated in its respective bonus terms. Bonus funds that do not meet the rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is still active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Market Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific markets or sports only. Please read the full bonus terms before claiming.

A6tar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim new member bonuses more than once, or using betting strategies that deliberately minimise risk to fulfil rollover requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

a6tar is committed to responsible betting and supports all members in staying in control. Our platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss limit for your chosen period. Once the limit is reached, all further betting will be automatically blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily maximum time limit for how long you can spend on the platform
• Self-Exclusion: Option to restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. A self-pause cannot be cancelled before the selected period has ended.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute serious breaches of these Terms. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Opening or operating more than one a6tar account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18
• Use of software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in betting
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Money laundering activity — using the a6tar platform as a channel to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities
• Player collusion to manipulate casino or Sports Betting outcomes
• Attempting to hack, damage, or compromise the security and integrity of a6tar's systems
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without valid authorisation
• Any conduct that violates applicable Malaysian law

A6tar actively monitors all account activity to detect suspicious betting patterns or transactions. We reserve the right to cooperate with the relevant authorities where any activity is suspected to be in breach of the law.

Member-Initiated Closure: You may close your a6tar account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the settlement of any active bets and the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Suspension or Closure by a6tar: a6tar reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any Terms stated in this document
• Reporting or detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from competent authorities
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

In cases of closure due to serious breaches of these Terms, a6tar reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in the account. In all other cases, eligible balances will be returned to the member subject to any necessary investigation.

Platform a6tar provided on an "as is" (as is) and "as available" (as available). To the extent permitted by applicable law, a6tar makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times
• The accuracy of information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform
• The suitability of the platform for your specific intended purpose

A6tar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unsuccessful bets
• Data loss or corruption resulting from technical disruptions
• Losses arising from delays or failures in bet processing caused by technical disruptions beyond a6tar's control
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party

All content, designs, logos, software code, user interfaces, text, graphics, and other elements found on the platform a6tar are the exclusive property of a6tar or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content from the a6tar platform without prior written consent
• Using a6tar's logo, name, or trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without written authorisation
• Reverse engineering any software component of the a6tar platform
• Scraping or automatically harvesting data from the platform

Limited use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided you do not alter or remove any associated copyright or intellectual property notices.

a6tar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify you via the email registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current terms in effect. You can identify the current version of the Terms by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the a6tar, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute notice is served, both parties agree to refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

You agree that any claim or legal action arising from your use of the a6tar platform must be initiated within one (1) year from the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims filed after this period will be barred by the statute of limitations.
